After an incredible start to the season Voxwomen are pleased to announce that the Voxwomen Cycling Show will now be aired on Norway’s largest commercial television station TV2, giving the women’s professional peloton even more exposure worldwide.
Jan Solvang Cycling Project Manager at TV2 said of the new broadcast partnership “We are very pleased to offer our viewers a dedicated program on women’s elite cycling. It is very important to build profiles of the best riders and teams in the world. The program provides an insight into the daily lives of racers. Both in competitions and training. This is very valuable for the recruitment of young riders. Young riders of today will be the stars of tomorrow – hopefully some of the Norwegian riders will be on the top of the podium in the future top races.”
Anthony McCrossan founder of Voxwomen, said “I am really proud to have our TV show aired in a country with so many incredible young up and coming riders. With the sport growing in popularity day in and day out its great to expand our audiences and give more cycling fans across the globe opportunity to watch the sport. We are really looking forward to bringing Norway all of the latest action from the women’s professional peloton.”
The Voxwomen Cycling Show has gone from strength to strength over the past 15 months and is now aired across 7 TV channels across the world. The show will first air on TV2 on the 1st June.
