Spinach and feta damper

Ingredients 

2 cups of self raising flour (I would normally use wholemeal, but that has been unavailable for a long while in Australia)
3 tbsp of butter/ margarine
Approx 3/4 cup of milk
150g of feta
Handful of spinach
Handful of parmesan
Salt and pepper

Place the flour, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. Add the butter and rub in to form a bread crumb like consistency. Add spinach/ feta/ parmesan and milk. Mix together to form a dough like consistency.

Place on a baking tray and form a flattened disc. Bake at 200degrees celsius for approximately 25 minutes.

Super easy, minimal ingredients and always a winner!
