Choc chip cookies


125g of butter
3/4 cup of brown sugar
1 + 3/4 cup of wholemeal/ white self-raising flour.
Handful of milk/ dark/ white choc chips- up to you!
1 x egg

Preheat oven to 150 degrees celsius.

Microwave butter to soften (not melt). Add brown sugar and mix in. Add egg and mix in. Add choc chips to your liking. Mix in flour.

Line a baking tray and place cookies on tray. This recipe will make anywhere from 12-18, depending on cookie size. Bake for 13-15 mins – 13 minutes if you like softer cookies.

When you take the cookies out, leave them to rest for approximately 20mins as they will continue baking to form a soft texture!
