The Vox Kitchen – Elena Cecchini

It’s baking time in the Vox kitchen, and Canyon//SRAM rider Elena Cecchini is on hand to show you her delicious tahini biscuits…

100g Tahini butter
90g oat flour
50g oat flakes
50g honey
50g coconut oil
Mix together tahini butter with honey and oat flour. Then add oat flakes and coconut bites.
Use a rolling pin to stretch the mixture and make your favorite shape.
Cook in pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for 10-15min max, and enjoy!
