With the arrival of October, the cyclocross season comes back to life and some of the most promising and versatile riders of AG Insurance – Soudal Quick-Step are preparing to show what they are made of. The cyclocross season spans October to February, during which the team’s riders will compete on challenging but spectacular courses.
Fee Knaven, who is part of the U19 category, will represent the team in the junior ranks. This young rider has already achieved impressive results on the road and is now eager to showcase her skills in the field. Lore De Schepper, Margot Marasco, Mirre Knaven and Julia Kopecky, all of whom are part of the U19 & U23 category, will compete against some of the best young cyclocross riders in their respective age groups. Ilse Pluimers, a member of the elite team, will also be aiming for some good results in the cyclocross races.
It’s worth noting that both Lore and Margot will make the transition to the road U23 ranks next year, which presents an exciting new challenge. The team looks forward to the cyclocross season with confidence that these riders will do their best throughout the cyclocross calendar.
