Team Jayco AlUla Ready for Ronde van Drenthe

Team Jayco AlUla looks forward to the Ronde Van Drenthe, which takes place in the Netherlands this weekend on Saturday 11th March.

Team rider Letizia Paternoster said, “I’m really looking forward to continuing my growth within the team this weekend, and I’m hoping to be able to be present in the finale of the race after working well with my team-mates. This is the first time in a while that I’ll ride a race over 150km, so I’m eager to see how strong I can be. My condition has been getting better and better day by day, and I’m very happy with where I am at the moment. Our DS supports us really well from the car, and knowing I have a team like this around me gives me confidence. And of course, we’ll always try to win, that would be the dream outcome!”

Sport Director, Martin Vestby added, “We’ve been suffering from quite a lot of illness, but despite that we’re coming into this race with a strong and very motivated team. We know this is a hard race with a lot of challenges for the riders with the cobbles, wind and the climb of Vamberg. We’re going in with Letizia as our leader for this race and also with a strong local rider in Nina. We’re looking forward to approaching it in an aggressive way and tackling the final with those two.”
