Team EF Education TIBCO-SVB announces 2022 roster

TIBCO-SVB will step up to the WorldTour level and ride in 2022 as Team EF Education TIBCO-SVB. The 14 rider strong team will focus primarily on WorldTour road races but will also ride gravel.

In putting the roster together for Team EF Education TIBCO-SVB next year, we put a big focus on identifying and developing the future stars,” team director Rachel Hedderman said. “I’m really excited about the team we have assembled. We have some great young and new riders that I think we can expect to see some big surprises from, as well as some more experienced riders who can hit the ground running.”

The US team has also expanded its management team. “We spent a lot of time looking for the right people to fill the spots to take this team forward,” founder Linda Jackson said. “It was important to me to bring on people that were excited about the future of women’s cycling and wanted to work with the women’s peloton. I believe we have found those people, and I am excited to see them work together to take this team to the top.”

After three years as a Sports Director, Rachel Hedderman will step up to the general manager position. She will be joined by Christel Herremans as the European manager. Herremans has several decades of experience in women’s cycling, dating back to the 1990s

Chris Rozdilsky joins the team as the High Performance Director. He has valuable experience within women’s cycling, having coached numerous elite women over the years, as well as significant high performance experience at the men’s WorldTour level. Dr. Neil Heron who has experience on the men’s WorldTour level will be the team’s doctor. Daniel Holm Foder and Tim Harris will join as sports directors. Foder has 20 years experience as a rider and worked as a director for Virtu Cycling and NTT pro cycling. Harris, a former British national champion has worked with national teams and pro teams, most recently as a director with Bahrain Victorious.
