Kopecky and Berthon to headline Voxwomen Team

After a successful debut at the first round of the Revolution Series, Lotte Kopecky and Laurie Berthon are the latest riders to be added to the Voxwomen teams roster.

Going into the second round, the Voxwomen team top the leader board thanks to a fantastic performance by Amalie Dideriksen, Rachele Barbieri and Amber Joseph during Round 1.

French track cyclist Laurie Berthon has just returned from Rio after competing in the Women’s Omnium where she finished in 10th place and is a Silver medalist in the World Championships Omnium. Lotto Soudal Ladies’ Kopecky is equally as experienced, she was the youngest rider in the peloton at the Women’s Olympic Road Race and gave an incredible performance during a 65km solo breakaway.

The teams two star riders will once again be joined by our young rider, Amber Joseph. At just 16 years old, Amber has recently returned from the Pan American Games where she finished 2nd in the points race. During the first round of the Revolution she finished 8th in the Scratch race.

Founder of Voxwomen Anthony McCrossan said: “After an impressive performance in the first round of the Revolution, we are looking forward to welcoming two more star riders to the Voxwomen team. Kopecky and Berthon are both brilliant cyclists and their experience is sure to create even more exciting racing. It will also be great to watch our young rider, Amber Joseph progress even further through round two after an incredible ride in Manchester.”
