Rally Cycling has today announced that it will take on the name “Human Powered Health” next season.
The squad previously announced that it applied for a UCI Women’s WorldTour licence and registration as a UCI Women’s WorldTeam for 2022, which will make Human Powered Health the first co-ed team to have its women’s squad reach WorldTour level before its men’s squad.
Managing director and Founder of Circuit Sport, Charles Aaron, comments: “Human Powered Health represents more than racing, more than athletics. It’s about reminding people that they have more power over their health than they think. We want to support people, mind and body, and use our platform to inspire them to take small, simple steps towards greater health and well-being.”
The new brand partnership will allow the team to incorporate data analytics with respect to sleep, nutrition, movement, and health care. The squad will also be launching a Discord channel to act as a hub for fans, partners and clients of Human Powered Health. Hosted by the team, the channel will also feature regular appearances by the riders.
2022 will be also an important milestone for the squad, with its women’s team set to join the WorldTour, which the team says is the realisation of a dream that began a decade ago with the creation of the women’s program.
