Sourdough rosemary sea salt crackers

Make your own homemade crackers from scratch, it’s satisfying and with simple wholesome ingredients. With the fresh rosemary, these make your kitchen smell amazing as they bake!

Ingredients

200 grams sourdough starter 

100 grams Spelt flour T80

20 grams Olive oil 

10 grams Finely chopped fresh rosemary  

10 grams flaked sea salt 

Method

Preheat oven 160  degrees.

In a large mixing bowl add all ingredients, combining well to form a ball. 

Lightly flour a clean bench surface , you shouldn’t need much  flour as the starter & olive oil will help it to not stick. 

Roll out with the rolling pin, about half an inch thick. Place carefully onto some baking baker then place onto the baking tray. 

Cut rough square shapes with a pasta cutter or a knife. 

Place into the preheated oven for about 18-20 minutes, or until a light golden colour. Let cool before placing into an airtight container.

Serve with dips or great with a cheese board.
