Elena Cecchini and Jess Roberts are the latest star riders to headline the Voxwomen team for Round 3 of the Revolution Cycling Series, as it heads back to Manchester this Saturday.
After strong rides from Lotte Kopecky, Laurie Berthon and Amber Joseph during Round 2, the Voxwomen team currently stand 2nd in the general classification.
Canyon SRAM’s Elena Cecchini has just returned from the road world championships in Doha, where she placed 2nd in the Team Time Trial and achieved 15th in the individual time trial. She is the current Italian Road Race Champion for the third year running, and was also the 2014 European Points Race Champion plus she was a silver medalist in the Junior World Track Championships to name but a few achievements.
Cecchini said of her joining the Voxwomen team: “I’m really happy to be back riding on the track after a while focusing on the road. It will be great to race for Voxwomen this Saturday in Manchester for the Revolution Round 3.”
Also joining Elena is Liv CC rider Jess Roberts. She took first place overall at the Future Stars series last winter and is now on the British Junior Program. She took silver in the Junior World Points Race and placed third in the European Omnium Championships earlier this year.
We also have our young rider Amber Joseph, rejoining the Voxwomen team for what is set to be a thrilling round of racing.

We have also been working closely with our partner Endura to create a new Voxwomen kit and we are looking forward to its revealing during Round 3 at Manchester.”
