The Voxwomen Big Day Out in partnership with dhb is an inclusive, boutique style cycling event for women. This year 30 lucky winners will be given free access to this event. Taking place on Sunday 13th June, this will be a fun day of sharing experiences and riding with like minded people.
The event is based in the beautiful setting of the New Forest in Hampshire UK. On the day you will enjoy a warm welcome, an informative Question and Answer session with our ambassadors, a group ride in the New Forest at a social cafe ride style pace with experienced ride leaders and our ambassadors. There will also be some useful breakout group chats post ride and of course breakfast and lunch will be provided too.
Along with our partners dhb we have designed a day that you are sure to enjoy. dhb will also provide you with your very own jersey from their Moda collection and our other partners will ensure that you get some products and goodies to head home with!
Everything has been considered. We will ensure all Covid protocols in place at the time are adhered to and we aim for you to leave hoping to come back next year.

How many groups will be riding and how many riders?
This is a boutique style cycling experience. The Voxwomen Big Day Out is designed with small groups in mind. It is designed to give you the chance to ride with like minded people but in a small group. We will aim to have groups of no more than 15 lucky riders led by group leaders. The maximum number of participants at this event is 30 with ambassadors and ride leaders in addition.

Will the Voxwomen Team be there?
This is a Voxwomen event and some of our team and contributors will be there and riding.
If I have a mechanical issue is there help on hand?
Our dedicated event mechanic will be with us for the entire event to make sure if you have any issues with your bike, that you have expertise on hand to help.
Can I stay overnight at the hotel?
Yes you can arrange to stay in the hotel by contacting them direct.
Stays are for 2 nights only if including Saturday night.
Rates from £189 per night, bed and breakfast.
Sunday night stay is possible for 1 night at the same rate.
